Terms and Conditions for Cosmo Bookkeeping Services

This agreement is between you, or the entity you represent (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”), and Cosmo Bookkeeping, including its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “Cosmo Bookkeeping” or “we”). This agreement governs your use of our suite of online bookkeeping, business productivity, and financial services.

1. Agreement Structure

The General Terms and Service Specific Terms collectively form this “Agreement.” In the event of a conflict between the General Terms and the Service Specific Terms, the Service Specific Terms will prevail.

When you access the Website, use Cosmo Bookkeeping’s products or services, or use any software provided by Cosmo Bookkeeping, you are engaging with our services (collectively referred to as the “Service” or “Services”).

If third-party administrators are appointed, it is your responsibility to ensure their actions align with this Agreement.
